The Perks
Our e-commerce solution relieves schools of the headaches associated with fundraising, ordering, and managing merchandise. Schools must have been part of our program for a minimum of one calendar year (365 days) before becoming eligible for fundraising/ revenue share perks.
After the eligibility period, schools may receive a percentage of the net revenue generated from merchandise sales. The revenue share percentage will be determined by the school's sales performance.

Welcome to our e-commerce platform. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Free Service: Fifth Sun Pictures provides its services to schools and nonprofits completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees or costs associated with our partnership.
E-Commerce Store Management: We will manage the e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
Custom Merchandise Design: We will work closely with schools to create unique and appealing merchandise.
Distribution Channels: Schools will assist in promoting merchandise through digital channels (websites, social media) and in-person event
Shipping Options: Merchandise will be shipped directly to the customer’s mailing address at cost. Alternatively, schools may choose to enable a free pickup option for customers. Customers can collect their orders from the main office, School Student Store, or Associated Student Body locations.
Fifth Sun Pictures
Maintain District Vendor Status: We will uphold our status as an approved district vendor, complying with all relevant regulations and requirements.
Insurance: We will maintain necessary insurance coverage to protect both parties.
Quality Assurance: We commit to delivering high-quality merchandise promptly.
Schools and Nonprofits
Access to Events: Schools will provide access to student and parent events, allowing us to showcase and sell merchandise.
Promotion: Schools will actively promote merchandise through their communication channels.
Feedback: Schools will provide feedback to improve our services continually.
The School retains full ownership of its brand, including logos, slogans, and other intellectual property provided by the School.
Designs created by the Company on behalf of the School will be licensed to the School for use in promotional materials, merchandise, and other relevant contexts. The School may use these designs at its discretion.
Partnership is at will and may be terminated or canceled with written notice from the School Principal or Fifth Sun Pictures. Please be advised that it may take up to 90 days to stop all merch store operations. Schools who decided to terminate their store will receive a timeline and list of outstanding action items (existing orders, inventory, etc.).
In the event of partnership cancellation, the School agrees to allow the Company to sell any remaining school-branded inventory online and before officially shutting down the e-commerce website.

Fundraising Program Policy
The purpose of this policy is to outline the criteria and process for schools to participate in our fundraising program. We believe in supporting educational institutions and nonprofits, and this policy ensures transparency, fairness, and mutual benefit.
Schools and Nonprofits: Any accredited educational institution (K-12 schools, colleges, universities) or registered nonprofit organization is eligible to participate.
Duration: Schools must have been part of our program for a minimum of one calendar year (365 days) before becoming eligible for fundraising perks.
Reliable Forecasts: Alternatively, schools can become eligible once we establish reliable sales forecasts based on historical data and trends.
Sales Reports
Schools will receive regular sales reports detailing their merch sales, revenue, and trends. Reports will be shared quarterly or as agreed upon.
Feedback Loop
We encourage schools to provide feedback on the program, merch designs, and overall experience. Their insights will help us improve and tailor our offerings.
